Default APPHELP.DLL Vista error
Hello-
I recently installed Windows Vista as an upgrade from Windows XP. Everytime I try to start though I now keep getting an error with apphelp.dll related to a file E_FAT19EA.exe. I did a google search and it says just delete or rename the file apphelp.dll however it wont let me delete it as it says I dont have the rights to change or remove the file. How can I get rid of this file?
