How do you know what type of volume your pc has? FAT, FAT32 or NTFS???

Select Properties from the menu. On the General page, look under "File System". You can also find out this out by opening a command prompt window, Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe, and entering chkdsk C: at the command prompt. Substitute the correct drive letter for C: if you have multiple partitions. Good luck Nepatsfan |

Right click and choose properties: Properties information will state which file system is in use.
