To Whom It May Concern:
Background: The company I work for has purchased Windows Embedded Studio (Windows XP Embedded w/SP2), and has licensed the Runtime and purchased individual end user licenses. Q: Can I install Feature Pack 2007 and use the same Runtime license? Thank you, Manny |

You might want to post your question to the XPe forum site: http://forums.microsoft.com/embedde....aspx?siteid=47 for a MS response. I believe the answer to your question is yes. Hi Manny,
Yes you can use the same COAs (License Stickers). The XP-Embedded licenses are language and version independant. -- Martin Grossen, eMVP AVNET EMG Silica Franchise Manager Microsoft Embedded Europe Your competent partner for Microsoft Embedded licencing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Manny" <Manny@discussions.microsoft.com> schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:40FA1B9F-783F-41BA-9AB7-969899664C82@microsoft.com... > To Whom It May Concern: > > Background: The company I work for has purchased Windows Embedded Studio > (Windows XP Embedded w/SP2), and has licensed the Runtime and purchased > individual end user licenses. > > Q: Can I install Feature Pack 2007 and use the same Runtime license? > > Thank you, > Manny > |
