downloads from the ece

Hi all,

Has anyone an idea, why I can't download files from the ms-ece-
website?

After selecting a download, the EULA should be displayed. But I see a
window with a navigation error. When I click the button to accept the
EULA, I get a navigation error too...

I assume you are talking about the Mobile & Embedded Communications Extranet
(ECE) site to download updates from Microsoft? If so, I'd suggest
contacting that team directly. You can email them at the addresses provided
in today's blog article:
