Welcome to the PEER to PEER newsgroups. Although some Microsoft Employees might come by on occassion and throw an answer or two into the mix - this is a volunteer based newsgroup. Outlook Express files are located: DRIVELETTER:\Documents and Settings\<your_old_username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{XXXXXX##-X##X-####-XX#X-XX#XX#XX#XX#}\Microsoft\Outlook Express Good luck. If you cannot access it - you will have to take ownership of the files/folders... How to Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308421 Read *carefully* - do not just skim the page and start following steps. There is important information there dependent on the version of Windows XP you have. -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP -- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html |
