Deploying WinXP professional via GPO

I have an remote site that I'm trying to deploy (upgrade from Win2K
Pro)
WinXP Professional to.

How would I be able to create a MSI package with XP Professional to be
able
to push to the remote site using a GPO. The remote site doesn't have a
tech onsite so the
package should the least amount of user input possible. The deployment
(MSI
Package) would need to automatically retain the workstations prior
settings
as far as client applications.

Also would anyone know a site or document where I would be able to find
the
switches that would be needed to perform such a task.
