FP is limited to importing files of less then 1 MB in size.
Does your DSL connection limit the file size or file types for uploads and/or do you have slow upload connection speed? -- ============================================== Thomas A. sometimes this will just occasionally happen,
the server or the connection just "chokes". it's always gone away on it's own when it's happened to me. Most DSL Accounts have a fast download and a slow upload speeds.
Plus are impacted by the following: Distance of your telephone line from a Telephone Company's Central Office Condition of telephone wiring inside and outside your location Computer configuration Network/Internet congestion Server/router speeds of the Web sites you access etc. -- ============================================== Thomas A. I would almost bet the 23mb file is the issue, as there's a 1mb limit in FrontPage.
Take it out, then open your remote web site in ftp mode using Internet Explorer. Then drag and drop the 23mb file where you want it in your remote web. -- Steve Easton Microsoft MVP FrontPage FP Cleaner http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm Hit Me FP http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/HitMeFP.htm "amykatherine" <amykatherine@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8D8A7BE4-EF7C-47DB-B08D-8A4C42C638B3@microsoft.com... > Hi, I checked our DSL speeds and the download speed is 714.1 kbps/upload > speed is 217.4 kbps. Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner ( with Expression Web Designer and
SharePoint Designer support ) Download links are at the bottom of the page. Run the functions that clear: The Hidden Temporary files. The Hidden Cache (*.web) files. Then open the web, recalculate hyperlinks, and then try to publish. See if it helps. -- Steve Easton Microsoft MVP FrontPage FP Cleaner http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm Hit Me FP http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/HitMeFP.htm "amykatherine" <amykatherine@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AA1814FE-A58A-4AAC-BF13-3F62863A7729@microsoft.com... >i took the video file out just in case.
