not really possible.
if they're hearing it, it's "downloaded".
have a look at www.coffeecup.com they've got some nice and easy to use
"players" that you can easily use in your FrontPage web.

Can you give some examples where the sites prevent downloading of these
files (I think you will find these files *are* being downloaded to be
listened to even though it might appear they're not.).
