Default FREE effects/transitions

Does anybody know of a good website where FREE plugins for Movie Maker
are available? I'm mostly interested in transitions and effects. In
particular, I'm looking for an effect often referred to as the "Ken
Burns Effect", where a still image is panned in some configurable
manner; i.e. from left-to-right.

Thanks!

join in the free-for-all making of custom effects and transitions.... at the
www.windowsmoviemakers.net forums.... but be prepared to do lots of learning
as it's a mostly about learning and doing it yourself
