Does anybody know of a good website where FREE plugins for Movie Maker
are available? I'm mostly interested in transitions and effects. In particular, I'm looking for an effect often referred to as the "Ken Burns Effect", where a still image is panned in some configurable manner; i.e. from left-to-right. Thanks! David Emerling |
