Windows Live Space

Dear Reader,

This is probably not the proper newsgroup to post this particular query but
I cannot see where else to ask.

I am having a problem with my Windows Live Space; namely that it seems
unable to keep the correct time. If I select the timezone in the 'Options'
area it will assert that the time is four hours ahead of what it actually is
there.

This would not normally bother me except that Windows Live Spaces also has a
blog facility and I cannot use it without publishing the time and date of the
entry. Not only does it, therefore, publish the time incorrectly, it also
publishes the date incorrectly (at least in the 'Options' area the date
always appears accurately).

Can somebody help?
