We are having trouble saving and opening files to a Novell network and also
to usb drives. Part of the collection information does not seem to be saved with the project. Students use multiple computers and cannot always use the same one. Is there a way to make sure that all files are saved to the project file? |

Is there a way to make sure that > all files are saved to the project file? ================================ The project file only records the path to the source files...they are not included in the ..mswmm file. If the source files are moved or deleted...the path is broken and RED Xs appear in the program. If the source files are still available...you may be able to right click the Red Xs and browse to the files which would re-establish the path. Maybe the 'Manage Your Files' section of the following site would offer some ideas: http://www.papajohn.org/ -- John Inzer MS Picture It!
