After I replace my motherboard ASUS a8LE to Asus A8NV-CSM, everytime when I'm
shutting down windows, the system is not shutting down the motherboard, but the display is off....I still have power inside the case, and the only way to stop it, is to unplugg and plugg the power cord to the power supply....also the power button is not function properly....is there any changes i need to do in Bios, Power Management....I don;t know..it's my first time when I'm changing a motherboard...please advice |

Ask Asus - they made the motherboard.

And after you replaced the mobo, you ran a repair install of win, and
installed the mobo chipset and other drivers from the cd provided? Hi, ........I still have power inside the case, If you're looking at that little green light that's always on in there, don't worry about it. ...........also the power button is not function properly. Try rotating the wire pair where they plug onto the motherboard 180 degrees. Cross your fingers every now and then too. ---==X={}=X==--- Jim Self AVIATION ANIMATION, the internet's largest depository. http://avanimation.avsupport.com Your only internet source for spiral staircase plans. http://jself.com/stair/Stair.htm Experimental Aircraft Association #140897 EAA Technical Counselor #4562 |
