Formats for WMM

I'm using WMM 2.0 and the format is .MSWMM and that won't let me do anything
.. How can I change the format of the video? Please help!

You don't change the format...you
simply save in a different way.

..mswmm is your project file...to
save in a movie format...go to...
File / Save Movie File.
