Hi everybody,
I use MSN Messenger on both my home computer and my work computer. Sometimes, when I add an user in one of the computers, the change doesnt get replicated to the other computer, and I am not able to see that contact. Also, If I add a new contact, and I see his confirmation of acceptance it in a second computer, the contact only appears online on that computer, and not on both computers. Im using Live Messenger V8 on both computers Any ideas on how to fix this'? Thanks in advance, Dan States |

Greetings Dan,
This is a bug. To fix this problem, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on its icon in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file: http://messenger.jonathankay.com/do...wlmpolicies.reg Then start Messenger up again and it will resync the contact list properly. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2007 Jonathan Kay.
