That is normal action - the background sound will stop when you click on
a link. There are two ways to make the sound continuous - both have there drawbacks. 1) Frames - Use a frameset with 2 frames, one very small (2px wide), the other large. Place the sound in a page with no other content that loads into the small frame, and the website (or gallery) loads into the other frame. 2) A pop-up window to host a page with sound.
