As Bob wrote, please learn how to express yourself

Are saying that you know how to add music using the school computer ("I know
how to background music")?

If so, what is the problem?

Background sound can be inserted in any version of FP.

You need the 'authoring' settings set correctly. I believe to "IE only"
rather than one of the other options as "Bgsound" is an IE only HTML tag.
BGSound is inserted through right clicking the page, go to properties.

Buying FP2003 won't solve the OP's problem (Trevor L wasn't the original
poster, he was trying to clarify the OP's question).
