Default Canon BJC-50 problems

I'm able to run a BJC-80 printer on the Infrared, but I can't run the BJC-50
I've installed it from the WIn XP drivers, and then deleted and re-installed,
allowed it to go online and get updates, etc. . .nothing seems to work. When
I try to print, and it comes up a screen asking me to insert paper and click
OK then I move my cursor to the OK, and the cursor automatically switches
into working/running mode and I can't click on OK ! What's wrong Other
laptops can use the same printer with an IRDA on Win XP and has no problems,
so it's not the printer but it's in my laptop !! Is it my printer spooler
file or something corrupted, but then why can the 80 run fine, but not the 50
- thanks for any help
