Hello,
i've configured WM5 with my SIP account (tools, options, accounts, sip ..) and at the beginning it was always asking me for the login and password informations (sign-in name, user name, password) . Since i've selected "save my password" option i'm no longer able to change it because i can't display this screen anymore. Even if i change all to another server, account (tools, options, accounts, sip ..) etc ... i'm not able to make this window with the "save my password" option. Regards |

Hello,
i've found by myself the solution. If you don't have any communication with the server you can't obtain the popup for user login password..... After correcting the communications with the server , entering a new username prompt me for the password .....
