Need Help

Sadly I am using FP2002.
I want to make the vertical navigation bars that have the links pop out
from the side.
I have read previous posts and seen links to the codes etc - the
problem is: I am no good at HTML and I don't understand the CSS part
etc.

Can someone please provide a full code to me so I know what i am doing?
I don't understand them when it comes in bits and pieces.

I really hope someone can help me.
