Nav Bars

Ihave just published a site to www.radicalpoetry.com but I am having trouble
with my nav bars.
They look fine on local host but are not showing up at all after publishing.
I used front page nav bars at the top and side and also made two bars with
Xara webstyle which I used before on a different site. What am I doing wrong
as I am fairly new at this?
