Missing links only on Home Page after publishing

I have a website in Front page 2002. There are a few hyperlinks to the left
of the page in a "Link Bar". When I preview these in my browser they work
fine. After publishing they do not appear on the Home page but do all appear
on the Child pages.

Getting frustrated, I added some additional hyperlinks to the Home page (not
in a "Link Bar" area and again after publishing they do not appear on the
Home page aswell.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
