Default Form not working

Hi, For some reason the form that I create in sharepoint designer doesnt
submit correctly. I am not sure if that is a server problem or a problem with
sharepoint because I looked at the code and it looks right.

Your server would require Windows Sharepoint Services, which is available
with a Windows 2003 Server. It appears your host uses Apache.

there's lots of JavaScript that's not from FrontPage on the page. it's
showing me an error in IE6.
besides Tom's mention about FrontPage extensions, you'd have to http://
publish a FrontPage form in order for it to work.

Doesn't look like it's set up do do anything or go anywhere...check your
