Can't publish website

Bought business with computer and microsoft front page already in use and set
up for me. Recently had a network installed, and my microsoft frontpage
program was deleted in the process of the install. Reinstalled frontpage,
and now I'm no longer able to publish my website. Help!!

What happens when you try?

Have you tried to connect "live" to the site, (File > Open Site etc) and
either work on the live pages, or publish the entire site back to your
computer?

Do you have a back up of the local web that you can restore to the original
location on your hard drive?
