I am trying to format a document for a
SPECIFIC printer (I have 3 printers on the computer) but there seems no way in word2003 to do this. I can do it in Access2003 but not in Word. Please help. |

Printer specific information is not stored with the document. Format the
document with the required printer as the currently active printer. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Frank Martin wrote: > I am trying to format a document for a > SPECIFIC printer (I have 3 printers on the > computer) but there seems no way in word2003 > to do this. > > I can do it in Access2003 but not in Word. > > Please help. |

Yes, this worked.
I have a new copying machine which functions as a LPT1 printer too, but it has been the devil to set up. Still, it's working now.
