Default File acces denied

Hi,

I have a friend that for some reason his account in Windows XP Home, he was
unable to acces anymore, I tried everything and the most I got was to see the
desktop image and nothing else

So we decided to create a new account, everything work there, but I can not get
access to his old My Document directory, I get an "Access Denied" message, he is
an Administrator, I even tried in Safe Mode using the Administrator account to
no avail

How could I be able to recover the files in the My document folder of his old
account

--
Thank you in Advance

Merci a l'Avance

Martin

You need to take ownership of the files and folders. From Start | Help and
Support search on ownership or see this link:
