See the link below on the registry setting that you want to remove or change
to allow yourself access again at which time you want to reverse the GP settings that disabled your access. Steve http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1303/ Registry Settings User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\MMC] Value Name: RestrictToPermittedSnapins Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) Value Data: (0 = default, 1 = enable restriction) "Anushet Shotiratana" <AnushetShotiratana@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BE7CEDCF-4CF6-4222-A270-BB8E80391F2F@microsoft.com... > I've changed policy in user configuration as follow > - Restrict the user from entering author mode (Enable) > - Restrict users to the explicitly permitted list of snap-in (Enable) > - Group Policy Management (Disable) > - Group Policy Object Editor (Disable) > > after reboot pc, I can not open gpedit.msc agian event log on as > administrator. > > How can I solve this problem > > thank you in advance > > anushet |
