My family has just purchased 2 VX6000 AND 1 VX3000 webcams. The web
cam sits on top of a flat screen monitor that has build in speakers. When ever we try and do a video chat, we get a feedback problem. Has anybody had this issue before. Seems like the speakers from the monitor are feeding back into the webcams mic. Is there some sort of echo cancellation that I need to look into? |

You need to call up your sound control panel and disable your monitor
speakers for the time you are using the cam. -- Peter Toronto, Canada XP Pro SP2 x 2 + Vista RC2 5744 P4 HT @ 3.0ghz, 700gb HDD, 2.0gb DDR Creative SB Audigy 4 Sound, ATI Radeon 9550 Graphics TS H429A + H552U CD/DVD Combi-Drives Sony DRU820A x 2 DVD-RAM Combi-Drives <nguerra@lucent.com> wrote in message news:1163891296.855545.149020@k70g2000cwa.googlegroups.com... > My family has just purchased 2 VX6000 AND 1 VX3000 webcams.
