Default How do I find my bandwidth settings?

Hi. I'd like to know where, on any computer running XP, I can find the size
of the connection with the ISP. I know, for example, that my connection is
2Mb, but where does it say it? I've been searching for half an hour now and
no joy.
Thanks.
