Encarta has been around for quite some time, usually with an
update or new edition annually. This executable file, written
in Visual Basic, may be a little bit too old for Windows XP
(i.e., the version of Visual Basic in XP is too new for it).
Get the current version of Encarta or (and not recommended,
locate the applicable runtime version of VBRUN and install it).
