Default IP Address
OK i need to find out where an IP Address is from, when i tap it in through IE7 it comes up with page not found, but i have a good idea where it's from just want to check.

Seems a friend has bought a "new" modem with an IP Address written on the underside, i think i know where it's from but need to check before we get his money back as it's used, but sold as being new!
