Default Administrator accounts for XP Home

Have XP home, 2002 edition.
Four user accounts one of which is the administrator.
Is it possible to edit another account to add it to the administrator group?

Control Panel/User Accounts/Change an Account. You can make any or all an
administrator; however, be careful since an administrator can affect just
about any computer setting.
