Default laptop settings graphics card question

Hi

I have a laptop and the graphics card apparently has settings that you can adjust it to: 32MB, 64MB, 128MB

I think the graphics card shares it memory with the RAM.

How do I know what it is currently set to and how do I set it to the highest setting?

Is it done in the BIOS?
