Default Adjust for best performance

If I go into the "System Properties" and click on the Performance -> "Settings" button there is a
radio button to set "Adjust for best performance" in the "Visual Effects" tab. Is there a way to
set this in the "Target Designer"?

Thanks,
Jason

Those options are not exposed in a component that i know of. I'm assuming
those are set with reg keys, if you can determine the reg keys populating
those settings then you could add them to a component that presets
everything for you.
