Is it possible to use a QVGA screen with XPE ?

Hi everybody.

I would like to make a windows embedded system wich is to be used with a
QVGA screen. First of all, is it possible ?
If it is, what are the components to use to manage it ?
And do you have any idea of how it is possible to test it on a classic VGA
screen ?
