Plug and Play Bios Extension-unable to load driver

Hi, when looking at the device driver list, there is a listing titled "plug
and plug bios extension" with an exclamation sign next to it. When clicking
on its properties, it says "windows can not load the device driver for this
hardware." Under the hardware ID, it's listed as root/A347Bus. How can I
resolve this error? I really appreciate your help.

The first thing to consider is wheather or not you have any problems with
the PC or the various things connected to it.
If you do not have any problemst, leave well enough alone!
