I've set up an Intranet in the office and we are basically running and
"archaic" peer-to-peer network of about 20 clients. I have hyperlinked to a folder that the users have to save certain files to. The problem that I am having is that, the users can browse the folder or directory via IE, but can't drag and drop a file even though that directory is fully shared on the network. How do I give the "browsed" folder the ability to receive a file dragged from a user's desktop. I keep getting an error stating that the file is in use or write protected. I've read on the news groups that launching Windows Explorer can't be done...but if it could be launched....that would also solve my problem. Thanks In advance Ken -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

Suggest you post this to the Windows newsgroup, as it is not an FP related issue.
