Default unable to access frontpage administration home

My issue is trying to set web permissions via the FrontPage
Administration Home which is located at:

"tools > server > administration home"

Administration Home is not displayed as I receive an error message
which states that "A world wide web browser, such as Microsoft Internet
Explorer, is required to use this feature".

I have a browser (IE) configured as I can use the "Preview in Browser"
feature. This feature works fine when I'm in the office, but for some
reason does not work when I'm connected at home via thin client/vpn.

Using FP 2003
Server extenstion 5.0.2.6790 IIS 6.0

Thanks for the help.

Default RE: unable to access frontpage administration home

I'm two posts up from you "Setting up a sub-web for password protection." I
guess no one out there knows the answer to 'our' question. Is this new for
you, since you set up the subweb before. In my case this is the first time
I'm trying to set a password protected subweb. I can see 'administration
home' but I get the same error message as you with all the functions of that
drop down menu. I asked my server people and they don't know why I'm getting
the error. Let me know if you find an answer. Thanks. . . jjprescott@aol.com
