Difference HP "print server"

I have a G85 HP and i need a "print server", i have find on ebay two
kind of print server but i don't understand the difference !

It appears to just be the case being shaped differently; the J4102C is the
same shape and size as the 3Com Office Connect line of products (routers,
switches, etc.), so if you already own some of those products the J42102C
could cleanly stack on top of that other equipment -- or have that other
equipment stacked on top of it. The J3258G model, with its curved plastic
case, clearly can't have anything stacked on top.

The functionality appears identical in both cases.
