Can anyone help
We have a HP 3600N Colour Laser printer which drops off the network after around 20 minutes, I have tried everything HP have recommended but nothing works, It obtains it's IP address from DHCP and it's address is reserved, it has an entry in DNS, the sleep timeout is set to 4 hours, the timeout on the system config is set to 0. It's baffling, if you go to the printer and check it physically it says ready on the screen and the network card is lit up like a Christmas tree - but it won't respond to print jobs or system pings (Our print server is Win2003, clients are XP pro... just for reference) Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated |
