Lotus folders in Outlook

I recently setup a user to use Outlook Connector for Domino to access his
Lotus email account. Everything seems to work ok as far as sending/receiving
emails. However,he has some personally created folders in his Lotus email
client desktop that don't show up in Outlook. Is there a way I can transfer
these to Outlook? Thanks in advance for any advice!
