Default Toolbars in Outlook 2007


This may be a question for Norton. When I go into trust center and remove
Norton antispam plug-in, it shows it is removed. But when I reload outlook,
the add-in activates again and Norton toolbar appears again.

it's control by Norton - disable it in Norton's options.
