Default how do I get rid of the vista "black" colors


How can I re-set the color scheme of Outlook 2007 from the "black" vista
theme to the original "Blue" theme?

I did it once but forgot how I did it (sound familar?).

Open any Outlook item and choose File | Editor Options.
