Default How set up multiple Outlook 2000 user accounts?

We have two different Palm devices and used to synchronize them to separate
user accounts in Outlook 2000 (on Win98SE machine). When Outlook launched, I
used to be prompted to select which user account/profile. About 3 months
back, we had to replace the motherboard and only recently tried to run
Outlook. I reinstalled Outlook but it no longer prompts for which user to
select. I had a product from Chapura that is also gone. Could this be part
of an answer? I also reinstalled the Palm Desktop, cradle, and HotSync
program and successfully synched to one profile (C's). How do I get Outlook
to prompt for the user (C or M)?
Thanks....

Hi,

When working with Outlook 2000, you will have to work under the 'Corporate
or Workgroup' Mode. That is the mode of Outlook that helps you to create
different profiles.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=195718

To check if Outlook is configured for 'Corporate or Workgroup' Mode, go
under Help> About MS Outlook and check if it shows Internet Mail
Only/Corporate or Workgroup.

If you are in Internet Mode, go under Tools> Options> Mail Setup and select
'Re-configure Mail Support' and convert to Corporate or Workgroup mode. CLose
and restart Outlook.
You will require Office 2000 Discs to perform the operation.

Thanks,

Mittu
