Problem with Instant Search

When I launch Outlook 2007 Beta, I get a message telling me I need to
install the Instant Search Feature in Outlook 12. So I download the file
and go to install. The install process proceeds through a number of steps
including changing the registry and then crashes, telling me it needs to
reverse thw whole installation, which it does when I click ok. There is no
indication as to why the installation cannot proceed. Help
