My company has an Outlook form to collect certain business data. This
form was distributed to across the enterprise. Unfortunately some new to the company are still on Exchange 5.5 back-end systems. When these users send their form via Off-Line e-mail the form structure is removed from the document. This does not happen when they are on-line. Can you tell me what's missing and how to fix these systems? All systems are XP with Outlook XP. The same does not happen when the back-end is Exchange 2003. |

Can you provide more details, please, on what you mean by "distributed to across the enterprise"?
