Contacts Crashing

Hi,

I'm guessing I've got something corrupt inside Outlook 2003 - everytime i
try to open Contacts, whether its through the Nav bar or ctrl+3 or
Go\Contacts, I get an error message telling me that Microsoft office outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close' etc.

I've tried re-installing it but the error remains.

I've got a couple of customised forms in there but they've been running fine
for months. This is the first troulbe I've had since installing Outlook 2003
6 months ago.

Hal,

I used to get this same error many times before I went to the Microsoft site
and found the BCM Update download. You might try that first.
