Default How to disable dialogue box requested access for ACT in Outlook?

Every time we try to send out an email through Co-Star Ares using ACT we get
a dialogue box that comes up requesting that we all a program access for
either 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, or 10 min. How can you diable this dialogue box
from ever popping up again?

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm for your options with regard to the "object model guard" security in Outlook 2000 SP2 and later versions.
