I'm designing a new form for the office that will have all of the
"communications" from clients on a monthly basis. We intend to print this out and give it to our clients with their invoice. The problem I'm having is that when you print it out the name of the person printing it is the FIRST thing at the top of the page in big, bold black letters. Is there a way to change this behavior so maybe it will be the client name instead (a field in the form) or nothing at all? |

You can't make many changes to the basic memo print format. If you want complete control, see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm. The Word template method is highly recommended.
