Default Excel 2002 SP3 - Exit button is not available - grayed out.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office Suite. We have run Detect and
Repair. When you first open Excel the X button is visible, but is not
enabled. After working in Excel for a few minutes, the X button will gray
out. You have to select File and Exit to close the application.

Do you have Groupwise installed? If so, search MS Knowledgebase for Excel
and Groupwise and follow the instructions
