Default Excel not Printing

Hey everyone. I have 3 users having the same issue. Sometimes, when they
open Excel and try to print, nothing happens. They can all print test pages
without a problem. One user says that has noticed a few times that this
occurs when she opens an attachment from email that is an excel spreadsheet,
but she has also noticed it when just open an excel file stored on her local
hard drive. In all cases, rebooting fixes the issue at least for a little
while.

Any ideas?

Default Re: Excel not Printing

Dear Ben:

The reason that this is accruing is that the documents that are being
printed where setup on a specific printer, if that printer is not
available or is not accessible from that users work-station, then the
system does nothing except wait for that printer to become available.
What you'll need to do is open the printer options when the file is open
in excel, select the correct printer that the user wants to use, and
then select print from the file pulldown menu.
